A cuff bracelet I made from painted canvas in
Alisa Burke's Class.

The "scissor maiden" I made in
Syd McCutchen's class (above), and a house ornament made by Syd herself (below).

A bitty stuffie that I made for the cowboy in
Alisa's painted canvas class.

Additions to the
Mary "wonder woman" Stanley chair in my sunroom:
Hubert (on the right) has come to live here with me, and the rug hooked EYE heart wanted to be on the chair too.
I think I should make Mary a super hero cape. She really is a wonder woman.
*happy sigh*
I {heart} Mary and her artwork.
Painted canvas from Alisa's class (above), and a rock with a VIM (very important message) from Alisa herself. It's a good message for a neat and tidy runner gurl, don't you think???

Betsey and I fell in love with this little pincushion-flower, needle-holder-mushroom, thimble-bucket bit of cuteness immediately. When I wasn't peeking, Bets got it and gifted it to me. Thank you, dear Betsey. I think of you and smile every single time I look at this little guy.
Art Fiber Fest really was incredible this year.
Sassy Art Goddess described it as "finding her tribe". That is exactly how it feels.
I am already missing the late nights of stitching and laughing, and looking forward to when we can all gather again.
